Our neighborhood has a beautiful gated, full sized pool complete with seating, tables, shading, showers and restrooms.

We do not have tennis courts, however, East Roswell Park has 8 fully lit tennis courts and is under 1/2 mile from our community. East Roswell Park also has a long list of amazing ammentities such as soccer fields, baseball fields, playgrounds, frisbee golf, walking trails and more.

+ What is the Financial Status of the Community?

We are very fortunate to have a board of volunteers within our community who have protected the interests of homeowners for many years.

The community is very strong financially and has never had an assessment in the history of the community. Reserves currently cover every known expense the community will incur.

Yes, the community has a gated entry that requires a unique passcode or remote entry. Visitors may dial by resident name at the gate house.

We have 99 homes within the River Falls community.

+ Is the neighborhood dog friendly?

Many of our residents are dog owners. There are no breed restrictions, however, we adhere to the Roswell City dog laws and pets must be leashed at all times.
